Craving something sweet? A great alternative to binging on ice cream or a candy bar is to eat a frozen banana. Bananas contain healthy potassium and a good dose of fiber, which will keep you feeling full and prevent you from going back to the fridge. This is one of my favorite binge-avoiding snacks!
Take a medium (7 to 8 inch) banana and peel it. Then using a sharp, thin knife cut the banana into thin slices. Place the banana pieces in a plastic sandwich bag and put into the freezer for later. You can either eat a few pieces at a time or the whole bag- one medium banana has only 90 calories! It’s frozen so it will take a while to eat, and it’s very sweet and creamy so it tastes like a dessert without the dessert calories!

So I have a fit test tomorrow & I need to pass it in order to get hired at Walmart Distrubution Center for order filling.. So I hope all this insanity helps me out! Pray for me please n thank you!
